Justin and Kyle Holland

The following is a story from Judy Finchum. It was only edited for clarity.

My name is Judy Finchum; the picture attached to this story is of my son Justin Holland and his son Kyle Holland. Justin died July 8, 2005 in a mysterious vehicle crash. His passing was first reported as a homicide then later changed.

To this day we have been unable to get the police reports. Two weeks before Justin died he told me if anything was to ever happen to him it would not be an accident – but would be made to look like one.

Justin was married to Debbralyn Holland in October of 2004. Justin was threatened by Debbralyn’s father. I am now in the process of investigating Justin’s case.

Kyle was born on April 8, 2005 and died July 12, 2010. The mother had moved into a house with a new boyfriend. Ten days later Kyle was dead. The boyfriend owned a wolf hybrid and the animal went to my grandson’s bed and killed. The mother and boyfriend were just sentenced July 13, 2012.

Finally, after seven years, I have a report coming for my son’s death. He died in Wayne County Michigan. The lady I talked to on the phone said the report states suspicious death – possible homicide.

My son and my grandson have been taken from me.

  1. Judy, I am so sorry for your loss. I honestly hope you find the truth and get justice for your son. My prayers are with you for both of your losses.

  2. I am so sorry, you are fighting a very long battle. I too lost a son to homicide. Do not stop, make them do their jobs and keep you informed. If you can’t get anywhere with the detectives set an apt. with the DA make sure they are aware of why you are coming. They can’t tell you everything but they can tell you more than they let on. If this don’t work talk to the media. Make friends with them, they can help. Let me know if I can do anything. God Bless you sweetheart.

My daughter as murdered in the summer of 2011. We are raising her daughter and helping with her son. I think I would go mad if anything happened to either of them! Still no trail!
