This is my son Conner Bachuss. He was my sunshine!!! He was tortured, beat, and suffocated on December 5, 2010. He lived for 5 more days on life support.
On December 10, 2010 we made the decision to turn off his life support. For the first time in almost week I was able to hold my sweet beautiful boy while he passed away.
The monster who took my son’s life was given a ridiculous plea deal of a NON-violent crime, and has already been up for parole once. The most this person will ever serve will be 7.5 years.
I am currently trying to get a law passed in Kentucky to prevent fatal child abuse cases from being considered NON-violent crimes. I will continue to seek justice Conner and my family.
